There are many different reactions one could experiences after a session. You could feel energized and lighter, or you could feel cold, hungry, thirsty, or a little tired. The colon has done a lot of work in a short period of time, and these are considered normal reactions.
Try having a cup of broth, electrolyte solution, or an herbal tea with honey to increase your blood sugar, If you are feeling a little weak afterward.
Try to eat only clean and healthy vegetarian foods that are also easy to digest for the following 24 hours after the colonic.
It’s best to eat lightly after your session. Focus on easy to digest foods include soups, stews, smoothies, fresh vegetable juices, avocadoes, and any steamed, roasted or baked vegetables. Following these instructions plus keeping up with half your weight in oz of water will also continue to help hydrate your body after the colonic.
Try to avoid foods that are difficult to digest, highly processed foods, spicy and have gluten.
You may experience irregular bowel movements for about 24-48 hrs after a treatment. However, they will return once peristalsis is re-established through the movement of food through the digestive tract. You can also take magnesium, and add aloe to you water to encourage the next bowel movement more quickly.

• In order to be gentle on your digestive system, try to eat only clean, vegan foods

• Sugar.
• Refined and processed foods. Foods with additives and preservatives.
• Dairy products.
• Raw vegetables (lightly steamed is best).
PROPER FOOD COMBINING
• Fruit is to be eaten 20 minutes before a meal.
• Vegetables/salads eaten with meats: spinach/fish; carrots, beets/chicken; salad/tilapia.
• Vegetables/salads eaten with carbs: quinoa/kale; brown rice/medley of veggies (steamed).
