One Day Before Colon Hydrotherapy
Drink plenty of purified water. Hydration is very important!
Drink Healthy Liquids: Drink liquids such as fresh juices, herbal teas, Electrolyte, mineral water, pureed soup.
Limited Food Intake: Eating mainly fruits and vegetables is most ideal for best results (remember to chew your food well with every bite!).
Take 1 tablespoon of chia seeds daily or 2 tablespoons of fresh ground flax seeds 2 times daily.
Eliminate coffee, alcohol, sugar, dairy, white bread, and fried foods.
Focus more on fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, (brown rice, millet, quinoa), soaked nuts, sprouts, cold pressed oils and organic plain kefir.
Organic chicken, organic eggs and wild fish for non vegetarian.

Limited Food Intake: Eat Lightly and avoid eating if possible for 2 hours prior to your session.

For the most effective and productive Colonic, you want to make sure that you’re well hydrated. Most people who experience less than optimal transit time are dehydrated.
To calculate how many ounces of water you should drink in a day:
Divide your body weight in half
Add 8 ounces for every caffeinated beverage you consume
Add 8-16 ounces for every hour of your daily exercise routine
Water consumption is extremely important for optimal health and acts as a vehicle for removing unwanted toxins, especially when cleansing.
Show up to your appointment as hydrated as you can.
